  I would like to say I don’t like posting negative reviews but I had to this time in hopes of staff realizing what type of agony lies can cause. I call at 737 while looking on line and it says there are rooms available and that they’re $121 so I call to make the reservation faster. Upon calling a young lady answer and I asked, are they’re any rooms available?she says,yes they’re 123.I said fine can you ave one for me I’m right down the road she says “yes”. Then she says hold on what should I charge him and a voice in the background says 223. Now I was ok with the two dollar difference but you tag on a whole 100 bucks..... yeah somethings wrong with that! And then cops and attitude “nonchalant” and responds with ok sir have nice day. I then priced to call reservations to get the room booked and asked if she would call and do it for she then puts me on hold after she has seen they’re rooms and the hotel says they have no vacancy. It’s a pity the people price gouge for any reason.... say Daytona 500 bike week etc I’m an Avid user of IHG and this experience has left a real “SOUR” taste.
